KMD: Bl_ck B_st_rds

Released something like seven or eight years after the fact, and now it's a reminder of how how crazily creative hip-hop was then, just in the last few moments before everybody had to be the same flavor of hard. Not like it's even all as great as the good stuff from that period (though I do love "Sweet Premium Wine")--it's just that you'll never hear a hip-hop record this loose and vulnerable from a fairly major artist now. The multiple 2:45 song lengths are also something I miss...
